Industry Project: Ferragamo
Il mio progetto è il risultato del connubio tra i mondi outdoor e automotive, reinterpretati in chiave travel. La collezione è pensata per i lunghi viaggi in auto, quindi ho progettato prodotti caratterizzati da linee pulite e morbide. Struttura e volume sono stati studiati per garantire capienza senza però risultare ingombranti. Anche i materiali partecipano all’esigenza di praticità che tutte le borse da viaggio richiedono: impermeabili e antimacchia che garantiscono, al tempo stesso, un appeal accattivante e contemporaneo a tutta la collezione.
L’elmetta sagomata, attraverso cui passano i manici, conferisce tridimensionalità e dinamicità alle borse. Le cuciture a mano, con colori a contrasto, richiamano i dettagli degli interni delle automobili, donando al prodotto un touch sportivo.
My project is the result of the union between the outdoor and automotive worlds, reinterpreted in a travel key. The collection is designed for long car journeys, so I designed products characterized by clean and soft lines. Structure and volume have been studied to ensure capacity without being bulky.Even the materials participate in the need for practicality that all travel bags require: waterproof and stain-resistant that guarantee, at the same time, a captivating and contemporary appeal to the entire collection.
The shaped helmet, through which the handles pass, gives the bags three-dimensionality and dynamism. The hand stitching, with contrasting colors, recalls the details of car interiors, giving the product a sporty touch.
