The Horizon
Questo progetto è iniziato con la curiosità di esplorare l’affascinante potere dell’immaginazione della mente umana e come l’immaginazione ci ha portato a creare cose molto più avanti dei nostri tempi.
L’interesse a chiedermi sempre cosa esiste là fuori nelle grandi profondità degli oceani e nel cielo pieno di stelle mi ha spinto a formare una giustapposizione di entrambi questi mondi e creare qualcosa di nuovo per il mondo della moda. Ciò è stato possibile combinando la fantascienza con la moda attraverso il concetto di retrofuturismo.
Quindi, questo progetto si basa sulla rappresentazione dello spazio e dell’oceano attraverso il retrofuturismo nella moda e sulla progettazione di una collezione di 12 accessori e scarpe.
This project started with a curiosity to explore the fascinating power of imagination of the human mind, and how imagination has led us to create things way ahead of our times.
An interest in always wondering what exists out there in the great depths of the oceans and the sky full of stars steered me into forming a juxtaposition of both of these worlds and creating something new for the world of fashion. This was possible by combining Sci-fi with fashion through the concept of Retrofuturism.
Hence, this project is based on representing space and the ocean through retrofuturism in fashion and designing a collection of 12 accessories and shoes.
