Azulejo
“L’azulejo è ciò che meglio rappresenta il mio Paese, è parte della storia, delle mie radici e di ciò che rende il mio Paese particolare e bello.
L’obiettivo di questa capsule collection era quello di analizzare come l’ambiente in cui sono cresciuta mi abbia influenzato come designer. Ho sempre avuto un gusto particolare per i colori vivaci, e le forme organiche, e ho cercato di incorporare questo patrimonio nelle scarpe, senza perdere la mia identità.
La collezione è composta da 10 scarpe, tutte con il tacco a punta, perché questo è un elemento che rappresenta al meglio le mie capacità di designer.
“Azulejo” is what best represents my country, it’s part of the history, part of my roots, and what makes my country particular and beautiful.
The goal with this capsule collection was to analyze how the environment I grew up in influenced me as a designer. I have always had a special taste for bright colors, patterns and organic shapes, and I tried to incorporate this heritage into the shoes, without losing my identity.
The collection consists of 10 shoes, all pointed heels, as this is something that best represents my abilities as designer.
